What is a TMO and how can I get involved?

A Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) is a resident-led organisation that manages housing services for the estate. You can get involved by becoming a member, joining a subcommittee, or standing for the Board.

What is the relationship between the W&Q TMO and Southwark Council?

Webber & Quentin TMO manages day-to-day services under a management agreement with Southwark Council. The Council remains the landlord, and the TMO delivers the services set out in that agreement.
