Emergencies

Emergency Repairs
All emergency repairs must be reported by phone on 020 7620 3001.
If you cannot get through, or the emergency is outside office hours (for example flooding, burst pipes, or unsafe electrics), call the repair contractor on 020 3533 1541.
Non-emergencies should be reported during office hours.

Gas Emergency
If you smell gas or suspect a carbon monoxide leak, call the National Grid emergency line on 0800 111 999 immediately.
If you have lost your gas supply, contact your individual gas supplier.

Electricity
If you are experiencing a power cut in your area, call UK Power Networks 0800 316 3105.
If you have lost your electricity supply, you should contact your individual supplier to determine if the issue is with your meter or account.

Leak/ Water
No heating or hot water? Call the council on 020 7525 2600 or 0800 952 4444.
If you have no drinking water in your area, call Thames Water 0800 714 614.

Police/ Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)
Call 101 to report a non-emergency incident.

You can also call Southwark’s Noise & Nuisance Team on 020 7525 5777 for all anti-social behaviour.

Waste Disposal
Bulky Waste:
Book Bulky Waste CollectionLarge items need to be collected separately by Southwark Council and should not go into the general waste bins on the estate. You can book a collection with Southwark Council on the following website:
Missed Collection:
Report Missing Bin CollectionIf you notice that any of the bins on our estate have not been emptied, we kindly ask you to report this to Southwark Council via the link below. This will ensure the quickest resolution of this issue.

Report a Repair
Please call the TMO Office 0207 620 3001 or email by clicking the 'Report a Repair Here' button.
All emergency and urgent repairs must be reported by phone on 020 7620 3001.
In case there is no one to answer your call during day times (or during Fridays), and you have an emergency repair (e.g. toilet/ bath/ sink back surging, flooding, leak/ water penetrations, burst pipes or no power in the house), you can call our repair contractor Eastside directly on 020 3633 1541.
If the repair is not an emergency, you'll be advised to call the TMO Office on Monday.

Pay Your Rent

Estate Cleaning
Our Grounds & Maintenance service provider is Pinnacle. If you have any questions about their services or would like to provide feedback directly, and in the strictest of confidence, please click the link below to be taken to their 24 hour customer service team. Bike Lockers
If you would like to rent one of our community bike lockers, please click the button below which will open a form that you will need to complete. This form will be sent directly to our staff, and they will be in contact with you asap.
It is £78 per year to rent a locker. Payments are made in advance until 1st April and renew on this date annually.
